Mixture of monoglycerides, diglycerides and triglycerides of saturated and unsaturated long-chain fatty acids, with a content of not less than 40% alpha-monoglycerides and a minimum amount of remaining glycerol. Self-emulsifying emulsifier, high HLB (10). Used in food and cosmetics.
