Silicone elastomer dispersed in Isododecane. It is designed as a highly efficient thickening agent for cosmetic and personal care applications. It has a three-dimensional cross-linked structure and produces a matt effect. It gives a silky smooth feel to the skin, maintains its viscosity by diluting in low molecular weight silicones, and can easily suspend pigments such as titanium oxide and particles such as glitter. It is suitable for use in makeup and skin care applications.
