Debido a las pol\u00edticas proteccionistas del pa\u00eds en esa \u00e9poca las fronteras estaban cerradas a la importaci\u00f3n. B\u00e1sicamente todo el abasto de productos qu\u00edmicos y petroqu\u00edmicos se hac\u00eda a trav\u00e9s de productores locales, incluyendo a PEMEX. Al inicio la empresa ofrec\u00eda b\u00e1sicamente <\/span>solventes<\/b> para la industria de pinturas, tintas, resinas y farmoqu\u00edmicos.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

En los a\u00f1os noventa, cuando M\u00e9xico firm\u00f3 el tratado de libre comercio de Am\u00e9rica del Norte, se abrieron las fronteras para m\u00faltiples productos y esto permiti\u00f3 que empez\u00e1ramos a distribuir insumos de grandes productores en Estados Unidos. Posteriormente nos certificamos en <\/span>ISO 9000<\/b> y establecimos una fuerte alianza con <\/span>PPG,<\/b> lo que determin\u00f3 nuestra entrada al mercado automotriz.<\/span><\/p>\n

En 1994 se crea Transdelta<\/a> como la rama de autotransporte especializado en materiales qu\u00edmicos de Qu\u00edmica Delta, operando desde el patio de Teoloyucan.<\/span><\/p>\n

Despu\u00e9s de una larga serie de productivas negociaciones, en 2013 nos convertimos en el <\/span>distribuidor exclusivo<\/b> de aceites b\u00e1sicos de <\/span>Exxon Mobil<\/b> para abastecer al mercado de lubricantes de M\u00e9xico, segmento en el que actualmente somos el l\u00edder.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

En 2016 incursionamos en la distribuci\u00f3n de combustibles para el sector industrial y de retail, gracias a la apertura del mercado energ\u00e9tico nacional, creando una empresa filial que tiene como nombre <\/span>Exxia<\/a>.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Para atender los mercados de pinturas, tintas, pl\u00e1sticos y resinas principalmente, en 2022 sumamos un miembro m\u00e1s a la familia, <\/span>ION Specialties<\/a>, empresa de especialidades qu\u00edmicas.<\/span><\/p>\n
